Are you an experienced, hands-on Quality Engineer ready to ensure industry-leading quality standards for a global engineering business?

A successful engineering company with global reach require a Quality Engineer to oversee quality control & assurance across all operations.

What You ll Be Doing:

QA/QC on mechanical and weld materials based on drawings and test specs.

Inspection of fabricated components.

Mechanical inspections for completed assemblies, measurements and inspections.

Play a key role in the quality vendor management process.

Certification package preparation

Required Qualifications & Experience:

ISO Certified Auditor, with 9001 / 45001 / ISO
14001 experience

Good understanding of lean tools

Able to read technical drawings

Knowledge of lean six sigma in manufacturing

Willingness to travel to client sites in Aberdeen, Birmingham and any other required locations in the UK

Experience using measuring equipment (verniers, micrometers etc)

Full UK driving licence you ll be required to travel to customer locations occasionally
