About the Role
A long‑standing consultancy in Sheffield is looking to bring in a Senior BIM Specialist to support its growing workload. The team works across a mix of building projects, and they're looking for someone who can take ownership of BIM delivery while helping to strengthen internal standards and processes.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading BIM coordination and model management on live projects
Developing and improving BIM standards, templates, and workflows
Supporting project teams with training and day‑to‑day BIM queries
Working closely with engineers, architects, and external partners
Ensuring projects follow ISOand general best practice
What They're Looking For
Solid BIM experience (around 5 years or more)
Strong Revit and Navisworks skills
Good understanding of BIM processes and CDE platforms
Confident communicator who can guide and support others
Background in construction or building design consultancy (preferred)
