Join one of the UK’s top civil engineering players as a Site Agent, known for delivering utility schemes with precision and pace. If you thrive in fast-moving environments and have a sharp eye for detail, this could be your next big move.
We're partnering with a forward-thinking contractor looking to strengthen their operational team with an experienced Site Agent. This is your chance to play a key role in the delivery of high-volume, low-value projects — and be recognised for the difference you make.
As a Site Agent, you’ll be:
* Leading day-to-day civils operations on utility schemes across power and water networks
* Managing site teams to deliver works on time, safely, and within budget
* Updating project programmes, with forward visibility
* Managing street work permits via the back office team
* Ensuring RAMS and H&S documentation are always current and compliant
* Coordinating material deliveries and logistics
* Working closely with the commercial teams to flag variations and risks
* Liaising with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders — you’ll be the face of projects
* Completing accurate as-built documentation
What You’ll Bring as a Site Agent:
* Proven Site Agent experience running high-volume, low-value utility civils projects
* NRSWA Supervisor accreditation
* Solid grasp of HAUC specs and reinstatement standards
* Confident communicator and problem-solver with a proactive mindset
