QUANTITY SURVEYOR
SOMERSET
CONTRACT - 15 MONTHS
Our client is a leading Civil Engineering Contractor with an immediate need for a contract QS to work on a 15 month highways project in Somerset. Working closely with the Senior QS and the client, this is a £6.5m contract using NEC3 option B and is for an immediate start.
Responsibilities:- Valuations
- Cost planning & change control
- Subcontractor payments
- Remeasurements
- CVR’s
- Monthly commercial reporting
- Cash flow & progress reporting
- Final accounts and audits
- BEng/HNC in Quantity Surveying or by experience
- Good working knowledge and understanding of NEC 3 Option C
- CSCS
