Looking for your next step in technical coordination or project support? This is a great opportunity to join a leading Energy Servicesיצור business as a Technical Service Projects Coordinator, supporting the delivery of high?voltage (HV) service projects across the UK.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast?paced technical environment, enjoys problem?solving, and can confidently coordinate multiple work streams.

As the Technical Service Projects Coordinator, you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth delivery of multi?site HV service projects. You'll work closely with engineers, customers, and third?party contractors to keep projects on track, maintain accurate technical documentation, and support compliance with engineering and safety standards.

This is a hands?on coordination role where you'll be expected to take initiative, find answers, and keep things moving - not simply elevate problems.

• Maintain project schedules, documentation, and compliance records
• Liaise with engineers, customers, and contractors
• Manage incoming leads from multiple systems and allocate appropriately
• Support resource planning and service level delivery
• Ensure technical documentation is accurate and up to date

• Strong coordination experience – able to source information, ask the right questions, and manage multiple tasks
• Background in a service?based industry (Utilities, Power, Water, Maintenance, Engineering, etc.)
• Experience supporting projects or working within a project environment
• Proactive mindset – someone who solves problems before escalating them
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence

• Experience in Power/Energy/HV/LV systems, switch gear, substations
• Exposure to Utilities, EV, or related technical sectors
• Familiarity with D365

Hybrid – Thame office (3 days per week)

37 hours per week across 4.5 days
