Senior Quantity Surveyor - Major Infrastructure
Birmingham, West Midlands
70,000- 80,000 Per Annum + Package
Join a leading team delivering the West Midlands section of HS2 - Britain's new high-speed railway. We're seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial aspects of large-scale civil engineering projects, including bridges, tunnels, and viaducts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead commercial tasks and processes with autonomy.
- Protect commercial position through strong contractual knowledge.
- Manage client relationships and mentor junior team members.
- Prepare and evaluate subcontract tenders accurately and on time.
Requirements:
- BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.
- NEC contract experience.
- Background in large infrastructure and civil engineering projects.
- Professional membership (RICS, ICES, CIOB).
