What You Will Be Doing
As a Principal Civil Engineer, you will lead the technical delivery of civil engineering projects from feasibility through to construction.
You will act as a technical authority, reviewing designs, calculations and reports to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
You will manage and mentor engineers, supporting technical development and performance.
You will take ownership of client relationships, providing trusted technical advice and strategic input.
You will support work-winning activities, including bid preparation and technical input to proposals.

What You'll Need to Succeed
To succeed as a Principal Civil Engineer, you will have:
Chartered Engineer status (ICE or equivalent).
Strong experience delivering civil infrastructure schemes such as highways, drainage and development infrastructure.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage technical risk.
Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness.
A collaborative leadership style and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
