Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of new features, and hardware to enhance product offerings.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and regulatory changes influencing product innovation.
• Drive value-engineering initiatives to optimise manufacturing efficiency and profitability while maintaining product function and quality.
• Address product development needs arising from customer complaints, procurement requirements, or quality concerns.
• Ensure all development projects follow the structured Innovation & Development process and align with IQC priorities.
• Produce detailed 3D models and technical drawings using Solid Works to support design and manufacturing processes.
• Document project progress, design iterations, and technical specifications in accordance with business protocols

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• 18+ months manufacturing experiance.
• CNC machine / programming experiance.
• Experience working with Solid Works or similar CAD software.
• Understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and engineering principles.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards relevant to development is an advantage.
• Experience in value engineering and cost optimisation initiatives is desirable.
• Strong technical and engineering knowledge related to product design and development.
