Senior Wastewater Modeller

Our client, a leading organisation in the water sector, is currently seeking a Senior Wastewater Modeller for a contract role based in Leeds. This position offers hybrid and flexible working opportunities and is available on a freelance basis (inside IR35) for an initial period of six months. The successful candidate will start as soon as possible.

• Developing and calibrating hydrodynamic models for wastewater networks
• Conducting hydraulic analysis and performance assessments of wastewater systems
• Interpreting and analysing data to ensure accurate modelling outcomes
• Working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Providing expert advice on wastewater modelling and related issues
• Producing detailed technical reports and presenting findings to internal and external stakeholders
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of modelling practices and methodologies

• Experience in wastewater modelling and hydraulic analysis
• Proficiency with relevant modelling software and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant qualifications in a related field
