• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on aircraft in compliance with EASA regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and company procedures.
• Conduct fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure the operational readiness of aircraft.
• Ensure all work is documented correctly and completed to the highest safety and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with engineers, licensed staff, and support teams to meet operational deadlines.
• Participate in inspections, including daily or pre‑flight checks, to detect mechanical or operational issues.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work spaces in a safe, clean, and serviceable condition.
• Stay up to date with industry standards, technical publications, and safety protocols.
• Support a positive workplace culture that champions diversity, equity, and inclusion.

• Valid Part 66 A License (EASA) is mandatory.
• Proven experience in aircraft maintenance without specific type rating, with exposure to aircraft such as A320, B737, B777, and A350 as an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of engineering practices, safety standards, and relevant aviation regulations.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment and as part of a team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and respond to operational demands as required.

• Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot aircraft electrical, mechanical, and structural systems.
• Report and log maintenance activities via the company’s maintenance management system.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering and operations teams to meet maintenance schedules.
• Assist in part replacement, adjustments, and system modifications where necessary.
• Attend briefings, toolbox meetings, and ongoing training sessions to maintain compliance and enhance skills.
• Promote a culture of safety, inclusion, and respect for everyone on the team.
