Company Overview
My client is a well-established UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy with a strong presence across the North West. Known for delivering reliable surveying and analytical services, they offer a supportive, structured environment where surveyors and analysts can continue to develop professionally while working on a varied portfolio of projects.

Role Overview
They are seeking a dual-skilled Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to join their Manchester team. This role offers a balanced mix of site surveying, air monitoring and analytical duties across domestic, commercial and industrial sites. You'll play a key part in maintaining compliance, ensuring safety, and upholding the company's high technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys (HSG
    264)

  • Undertake air monitoring, 4-stage clearances, smoke tests, leak tests and reassurance sampling

  • Produce accurate and timely reports for both surveying and analytical work

  • Liaise with clients, contractors and internal teams professionally

  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety and compliance

  • Keep up to date with legislation, HSE guidance and UKAS procedures

Requirements:

  • BOHS P402, P403 and P404 (or equivalents)

  • Experience with both surveying and analytical duties within a UKAS-accredited environment

  • Strong communication and reporting skills

  • Good technical knowledge of asbestos regulations

  • Full UK driving licence
