We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager - AIT (Assembly, Integration & Test) to lead technical operations in a high-tech aerospace environment. This hands-on role involves planning, coordinating, and optimising AIT activities, ensuring quality and safety standards, and driving efficiency in space-focused hardware manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor Assembly, Integration & Test (AIT) workflows for aerospace hardware
• Ensure operational processes comply with quality, safety, and industry standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation
• Manage documentation, reporting, and traceability of all operations
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to resolve issues and implement best practices

Required Experience & Skills

• Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline
• Strong experience in electronics and aerospace / space hardware
• Proven experience managing AIT operations in a technical manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of quality and safety standards for aerospace projects
• Leadership experience and the ability to coordinate technical teams and workflows
• Hands-on, proactive, and results-driven approach
• Fluent in English

Desirable Skills

• Experience with planning or process management tools
• Familiarity with complex aerospace or space systems
