We build, renew, maintain highways, airports, railway infrastructure, and commercial, industrial and educational buildings. We are currently looking for a Highways Operative to join our Highways Term Maintenance Contract based out of Chieveley, Berkshire.

• Responsible for working with both the direct labour and sub-contract labour, meeting targets and deadlines on time. These include the operation of mechanical plant, kerb laying, drainage works, emergency call-out work and asphalt surfacing.

• Previous highways maintenance experience
• Good standard of English
• Ability to use initiative
