Based from either our depot in Hillington or Livingston, you will be part of a skilled team of operatives undertaking all civil engineering tasks primarily associated with drainage works but including all works required of our client contracts. You will be responsible for undertaking all jobs competently and safely in a professional manner ensuring safe working practices whilst instilling client confidence in our company’s abilities.

This is a permanent full‑time position.

• Ensure compliance with respect to Health and Safety, Quality and Environment
• Ensure company policies are always adhered to
• Ensure all site‑related incidents are reported
• Identify and react swiftly to resolve problems before they reach escalation
• Produce high‑quality results, reports, and feedback
• Establish good relationships and open communication to resolve issues promptly
• Operate 24/7 with early starts, weekend work, and out‑of‑hours coverage across the UK

We are looking for individuals who are self‑motivated and keen to be part of a team! You will need a full UK driving licence, NRSWA & CSCS, and be safety‑focused with a commitment to high‑quality results.
