We're working with a supportive primary school in Birmingham where pupils face significant challenges in KS2 attainment. You'll be a confident KS2 Teaching Assistant delivering targeted interventions to help pupils prepare for SATs and supporting those with additional needs to make better progress.

This is a long-term role with the opportunity to stay on into the next academic year and build lasting impact.

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver small-group maths and reading interventions tailored to need
• Support Year 6 pupils preparing for KS2 SATs
• Provide one-to-one and group support for pupils with EHCPs
• Collaborate with class teachers and the SENCo to implement support plans
• Adapt resources and track pupil progress clearly and consistently

What We're Looking For:

• Previous KS2 experience
• A strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and SATs expectations
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND / EHCPs
• Confidence to lead small group sessions independently
• Patient, proactive and encouraging approach
