St Andrew’s Benn is a welcoming, inclusive Church of England primary school at the heart of its community. Strong relationships with families are central to our ethos, and our core values are founded on the concept of “family” – ensuring that every child and every family feels known, supported and valued. We are seeking an exceptional Headteacher who will embrace this vision and lead our school with compassion, ambition and clarity of purpose.
St Andrew’s Benn was judged highly for inclusion and safeguarding in our 2026 Ofsted inspection (report to be published). Inclusion is a defining strength of our school.
- Up to 40% of pupils in some cohorts have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
- Approximately 70% of pupils speak English as an Additional Language (EAL)
