DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:

Supports the facilitation of general and specific training and development programs. Contributes to the planning, design, delivery, and implementation of training and development programs. Works with vendors and educational organizations to support the development and delivery of training and development programs.

We are looking for a talented Training Associate to join our Distribution business in (Henderson, CO).

This role will make an impact in the following ways:
  • Develop and update training content including participant guides, instructor materials, presentations, job aids, and assessments.
  • Facilitate instructor‑led and virtual training sessions (including Zoom) across multiple sites.
  • Own and manage the HHP Master Rebuild Center Training Program, including onboarding, technician task‑based certification, and frontline leadership development.
  • Identify training needs through analysis and partner with site leaders to coordinate training schedules.
  • Track and report employee training completion, certifications, and program effectiveness using company systems and tools.
  • Conduct research on external training vendors and support cost‑benefit analysis for learning solutions.
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships and respond to training‑related questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Use evaluation data and analytics to recommend continuous improvement to training programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Experience developing and facilitating training programs and materials.
  • Strong instructional design skills, including needs analysis and evaluation methods.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities.
  • Experience delivering training in both in‑person and virtual environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate logistics across multiple sites.
  • Ability to track, analyze, and report training data to drive decisions.
  • Understanding of HHP diesel engines and the engine rebuild process preferred.
  • Ability to act as a resource and mentor to colleagues with less experience.
QUALIFICATIONS

This role requires experience with developing and facilitating training programs and training material. Understanding of HHP diesel engines and the engine rebuild process is preferred.

The MRC Training Coordinator will own the HHP Master Rebuild Center Training Program. The program scope includes:

  • New employee onboarding/training
  • Technician task based training and certification
  • Front line leadership development

The MRC Training Coordinator role will include the following responsibilities for multiple sites:

  • Development of training content
  • Identifying training needs and coordination of training schedules
  • Facilitation of training material in person and over Zoom
  • Tracking and reporting of site employee training completion and certification
Education, Licenses, Certifications

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience

Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
