Our client, a leading educational institution in Wiveliscombe, Somerset, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Part‑time Exam Invigilator to join their team. Exam season begins at the start of May and will run each week until the end of June, making this a perfect time to register to meet the compliance requirements.

The part‑time position offers a competitive salary of £13.68 per hour.

• Arriving at the examination venue well before the scheduled start time to set up the room and materials
• Greeting and registering students, verifying their identities and examination details
• Distributing and collecting examination papers, ensuring the confidentiality and security of the materials
• Monitoring students throughout the examination to prevent any form of academic misconduct
• Responding promptly and effectively to any issues or queries that may arise during the examination
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of the examination proceedings

To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of examination procedures and regulations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience as an Exam Invigilator or in a similar supervisory role would be highly advantageous.
