School Administrator

Are you an education expert? We are currently seeking to represent an experienced school administrator for a SEND specialist site based in Birmingham, West Midlands (B12). We are supporting a well‑established, friendly school team with their recruitment need for a temporary administrator to start immediately in an interim role.

If you are a school experienced administrator, who is either available immediately or thinking of reaching out to discuss new job opportunities within schools in Birmingham, West Midlands (B12) for Easter 2026 we would be keen to speak with you. We are a locally based, family‑run recruitment business specialising in Education. With over 15 years worth of experience supporting education settings and candidates across primary, secondary and SEND divisions.

This school office job is offered on a part‑time basis, three days per week to begin immediately, with the potential to continue for the remainder of the year. The school are looking for an experienced candidate who has supported within an education office for a minimum of three months.

• A relevant UK based administrative qualification.
• Substantial experience working within an education setting.
• All required documents for safer recruitment processing including, but not limited to a valid right to work proof and a valid Enhanced DBS.
