About the Role

Through Teaching Personnel you'll work in specialist schools, PRUs and inclusion units supporting pupils aged 5-16 with:

  • Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs (SEMH)
  • Autism & ADHD
  • Learning difficulties
  • Behavioural and communication needs
  • Trauma or attachment‑related barriers

You will:

  • Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils
  • Use trauma‑informed and restorative approaches
  • Help pupils with emotional regulation and classroom engagement
  • Work alongside teachers, behaviour mentors and SEN specialists
  • Contribute to supportive, structured and nurturing learning environments

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
