The school is dedicated to ensuring every pupil — regardless of ability, religion, or gender — is supported to achieve their full potential within a nurturing and inclusive environment.

We are currently seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join the school’s team. In this role, you will work with pupils who have emotional, learning, and behavioural difficulties, providing support within the classroom. You will deliver tailored assistance on a one-to-one basis and in small groups across Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2).

This is a temporary position offering a fantastic opportunity to further develop your professional skills, build confidence, and make a meaningful difference in pupils’ educational journeys.

Key Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification

Proven experience providing one-to-one support for pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)

TEAM Teach qualification (desirable but not essential)

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

A patient, resilient, and proactive approach
