Aspire People is seeking a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Central Manchester.

This role offers the chance to work directly with pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2, providing academic and pastoral support while developing your teaching skills.

The Role

Support classroom teachers in daily teaching activities

Assist pupils in 1:1 and small-group interventions

Help deliver phonics, literacy, numeracy, and foundation lessons

Encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation

Support children with additional needs under the guidance of the class teacher

The Ideal Candidate

Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience)

Experience working with primary-aged children in a school setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organised, proactive, and flexible

Committed to helping children achieve their potential
