  • Assisting teachers in delivering tailored lessons and interventions
  • Encouraging positive engagement with learning
  • Acting as a trusted adult and role model for pupils. This role involves working with small class sizes in a highly structured environment designed to promote emotional regulation, resilience, and academic progress.

  • Weekly pay of £450-£550
  • Specialist SEMH training and behaviour management support
  • Small class sizes and strong staff‑to‑pupil ratios
  • Supportive leadership and therapeutic approach
  • Excellent preparation for careers in education, psychology, youth work, or social care
Ideal Candidate - SEN Teaching Assistant
  • Experience working with young people (education, care, youth work, or similar)
  • Calm, resilient, and emotionally intelligent
  • Strong communication and de‑escalation skills
  • Passion for supporting vulnerable learners
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Previous SEMH experience is desirable but not essential – attitude, patience, and commitment are key.
