About the Role
As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside teachers and pastoral staff to provide tailored support that helps pupils engage positively with education and develop confidence, resilience, and independence.
Key Responsibilities- Providing one-to-one and small group support
- Supporting pupils with emotional regulation and behaviour
- Assisting with learning activities across the curriculum
- Building positive, trusting relationships with pupils
- Supporting pupils' wellbeing and engagement in school
