The Role:

This specialist school is an inclusive and inspiring day and residential setting, supporting 90+ children and young adults (ages 5-19) with moderate to profound complex needs
, including Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Autism
.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, your role is crucial and diverse:

  • Supporting young people with complex needs in a dedicated educational setting.

  • Providing support that goes beyond academics, focusing on personal development, life skills, and overall well-being
    .

  • Working in a vibrant environment where no two days are the same
    , making a real, lasting impact on students’ lives.

This is a full-time, permanent role on a < addicted > term only basis. Applicants must be available Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Requirements:
Your Essential Qualities

  • Must Have:
    GCSE Maths and English or equivalent

  • Must Have:
    Eligibility to work in the UK
    .

  • Experience: Experience working or volunteering with children or young adults
    .

  • Desirable: Level 2 Diploma in teaching and learning.
