Learning Support Assistant - SEN School | Cranleigh

We are seeking a compassionate Learning Support Worker for a nurturing SEN school in Cranleigh
, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs.
- Support students with autism, SEMH or learning difficulties
- Assist in implementing personalised learning plans
- Encourage communication and social interaction
- Help create a safe, structured learning environment
- Minimum 3-6 months school experience
- Enhanced DBS clearance required
- Empathy, patience and a positive mindset
