Successful candidates will participate in a Classroom-based Initial Teacher Training, leading to a PGCE and Qualified Teacher Status, while receiving support from tutors and coaches. This self-funded position includes a £3000 bursary for primary trainees, with a salary progressing to £31,000 upon qualification.
