Job Overview
The Island Learning Trust are looking to appoint a After School Club Manager at Minster in Sheppey Primary School. The full time salary for this position is KSC £25,252 with an actual salary of £7,212. This is a term time only position working 38 weeks per year and the hours of work are 3:30pm until 6pm Monday to Friday. This is a temporary position initially until 31/08/27.

ResponsibilitiesWe are looking to appoint a caring, organised and enthusiastic After School Club Manager to lead our after school provision and manage a small team of After School Club Assistants.
The successful candidate will be joining a well-established team at Minster in Sheppey who are energetic and passionate about their pupils' learning and wellbeing. They are a dynamic and highly supportive staff team with a sunny outlook, who always put children first! This role provides a chance to shape this new after school provision within a supportive school community.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have experience in working with children in a play or educational setting, be warm and approachable and have first aid and safeguarding training.
