Position: Subject Leader – Business (Permanent)
Location: Southcote

The Role As Subject Leader for Business, you will:

Provide vision, leadership and direction for the Business department
Teach Business across KS3, GCSE, BTEC Enterprise, and A Level
Lead curriculum development and extracurricular opportunities
Inspire students through innovative and engaging teaching
Support departmental colleagues and contribute to school-wide initiatives
Foster a culture of high expectations and achievement

Salary: £32,916 – £51,048 MPS/UPR + TLR £5,873
Teaching Business GCSE, Enterprise BTEC at KS4, and A Level Business at KS5
