About the Role
PK Education are currently recruiting for a qualified and dedicated SEND Teacher to work full time within SEND/SEMH schools across Birmingham and Coventry. This is a long-term opportunity, ideal for an experienced teacher who is passionate about supporting students with additional needs.
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and differentiated lessons to students with a range of SEND needs, ensuring a safe, supportive and inclusive learning environment. The role requires strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning requirements.
RequirementsQualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential
Previous experience working with SEND students (specialist or mainstream settings)
A genuine passion for supporting students with SEND/SEMH needs
Strong behaviour management skills
Adaptability across different classroom environments
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Professional references covering the last 2 years (from professional email addresses)
Competitive daily rates (£180 £ 230)
