Aspire People is working closely with a well-regarded primary school in Manchester, who are seeking a confident and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support pupils across KS2.

This role is ideal for a Level 3 TA who enjoys working alongside class teachers, supporting learning outcomes, and taking a proactive role in the classroom.

The Role:

Supporting teaching and learning within a KS2 classroom

Delivering small-group interventions in Maths and English

Supporting pupils with differing learning needs

Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom organisation

Encouraging positive behaviour and pupil engagement

Monitoring progress and feeding back to teaching staff

The Ideal Candidate :

Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification

Has recent experience working in a UK primary school

Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum

Confident delivering interventions independently

A proactive, reliable, and professional approach
