This unique role will span both Corneli and Afon Y Felin Primary Schools, which are set to merge into one vibrant learning community during the next academic year. Currently located on two sites just minutes apart, our schools are preparing for an exciting future as Bridgend County Borough Council builds a brand‑new, state‑of‑the‑art school in the heart of the Marlas estate.

  • Empower parents and carers to support their children's learning and wellbeing.

You’ll join a forward‑thinking team that values creativity, inclusivity, and excellence. Every day will bring opportunities to inspire, connect, and contribute to a culture where everyone feels valued.

If you are enthusiastic, approachable, and ready to champion home‑school partnerships in a dynamic educational setting, we'd love to hear from you!

We offer a happy, creative and inclusive school where we value all our learners and work to ensure everyone attains their full potential.

If you feel that this is a school with the right professional challenges for you and you believe that you are able to meet that challenge we welcome your application.
