Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

We’re after a confident, adaptable communicator who can connect with all kinds of learners within primary schools. You’ll know how to challenge tricky behaviour when needed and bring fresh, creative ideas to activities that get everyone involved. If you can motivate people, work smoothly with a team, and take charge of your own tasks, you’ll fit right in. Digital skills are a bonus, but being organised, proactive, and great at keeping track of progress is what really counts.

• Previous child-facing experience. This can be from a voluntary or paid role.
• Excellent classroom management.
• Strong communication skills.
