Location: Remote with UK and some international travel

Salary: Up to £35,000

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven professional to join our Academic Operations team at INTO Qualifications. This role is central to ensuring the smooth delivery of qualifications from development right through to award, working to guarantee that every stage of the process is robust, reliable, and student-focused.

You’ll be involved in streamlining processes, supporting assessment windows, issuing transcripts, and reporting results. You’ll play a key part in maintaining quality standards and ensuring our delivery centres and learners receive excellent service.

This is a role for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, planning and delivering results, and who can balance multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency. You’ll bring strong skills in data handling, reporting, and Microsoft Office, alongside the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with colleagues and centres.

• Experience in academic or education operations, with a focus on IT systems and customer service.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage projects, deadlines, and competing priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication, and confidence in presenting and training.
• A collaborative approach, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships across teams and centres.
• A commitment to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality outcomes.

This is a remote role, but travel within the UK and occasionally overseas will be required.
