This role could be ideal if you:

Have experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with young people

Are confident supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups

Can assist teachers with classroom management and lesson delivery

Are adaptable and happy to work across KS3–KS4

Have a positive, proactive approach to learning support
