Nursery Room Leader Part Time

Position: Nursery Room Leader (Contract, Part Time)
Location: Festubert Place

Horizon Teachers are seeking a qualified and experienced Room Leader to join a welcoming and well-established Montessori nursery in Romford, on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3+ qualified Early Years professional with at least two years’ experience, who is confident stepping into a leadership role and supporting the day-to-day running of a busy room.
You will work closely with the Nursery Manager to maintain a high standard of physical and emotional care, ensuring a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for all children.

The ideal Room Leader will:
Hold a Level 3 Childcare / Early Years qualification (or above)
Have at least two years’ experience working in an Early Years setting
Demonstrate strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
Be enthusiastic, reliable and hard-working
Have excellent communication and organisational skills
Be confident supporting staff and managing a room effectively

Role details:
Full-time (Monday to Friday)
8-hour shifts
No weekends
Setting:
Day Nursery / Preschool / Private Nursery School
