Salary: £39,000.00 per annum (not pro rata)
Hours:
37.5 hours per week Rota:
Monday to Thursday 8.30am 4.30pm, Friday 8.30am 4.00pm

OFG! About the Role As an SEN Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, inclusive education for students with autism, learning difficulties, and complex needs. Working within a supportive, multi-disciplinary team, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons, promote positive development, and help students make meaningful academic, social, and emotional progress. You will:
Plan and deliver high-quality teaching to individuals and small groups in line with the school curriculum Monitor, assess, record, and report on student progress and outcomes Design and implement individual education, behaviour, and support plans in collaboration with colleagues Create a safe, stimulating, and well-organised learning environment Coordinate teaching, assessment, and reporting across agreed subjects and key stages Promote students physical, educational, social, and moral development Support students with challenging behaviour to develop self-regulation and independence Work collaboratively with Learning Support Assistants, tutors, and care staff to ensure consistent, high-quality support Contribute to school development priorities and continuous improvement About You
You will be:
Qualified: UK QTS or equivalent, with a relevant degree Experienced:
Skilled in supporting students with SEN, autism (ASC), learning difficulties, and complex needs Compassionate & Resilient:
Able to build trusting relationships with pupils who have faced significant challenges Collaborative: A clear communicator who thrives in a team environment Creative & Flexible:
