Behaviour Support
- The Role:

Alternative Provision in Manchester
Support pupils with challenging behaviour
Assist those with additional needs
Promote positive behaviour and mental health
1:1 / small group intervention sessions
Monitor student progress
Ability to cater for an array of different educational needs

Behaviour Support - Key Information:
Daily rate of 110- 130 per day, term time only
Full time, Monday - Friday school hours
Excellent SLT and SEN team to support

Behaviour Support
- Person Specification:

Challenging experience is required
Team Teach is beneficial, or have the willingness to be put on the course
Previous experience working in a PRU would be desirable
Personable and role model figure required
Supportive and inspiring personality
Patient and empathetic mentality is crucial
