Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant - Full Time

Aspire People is working closely with a welcoming primary school who are seeking a qualified Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their EYFS team.

This school places a strong emphasis on learning through play, communication development, and creating a nurturing environment where children feel safe, confident, and supported.

The Role:

Supporting pupils within Nursery or Reception
Delivering EYFS-based learning activities
Supporting children's social, emotional, and communication needs
Assisting with observations and progress tracking
Working closely with the class teacher and EYFS lead

The Ideal Candidate :
Level 3 TA / Early Years qualification (essential)
Recent experience in an EYFS setting
Warm, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
