About the role:

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors teaching nationwide. Due to record learner demand, we are recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required — full training and ongoing support are provided. Earn potential is described below and varies with hours worked.

• Lesson rates typically average around £38 per hour
• Earn up to £39k per year working 32 hours/week
• Working 40 hours/week can average £50,000+
• Work the hours you want — weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time
• Teach locally (typically within a 30-minute radius, covering 6-8 postcodes)
• Dual-control car options available via partner providers
• Start earning sooner — apply for a Trainee License after DVSA Part 2
• Training fees can be paid back in full after 1 year (ask for details)
• New Training Academy — Full Training Provided

Training details:
You will train through our Training Academy, designed for complete beginners. Training combines online learning, live classroom support and structured in-car coaching. We guide you through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 and provide lesson plans, resources and ongoing support to help you qualify with confidence.
