My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors teaching nationwide. We are recruiting new Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required – we provide full training and ongoing support. Flexible working, genuine job satisfaction, great earning potential.

• Lesson rates average around £38 per hour
• Earn up to £39k per year working 32 hours per week
• Earn an average of £50,000+ working 40 hours per week
• Work the hours you want – weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time
• Teach locally (within a 30‑minute radius covering 6–8 postcodes)
• Dual‑control car options available via partner providers
• Start earning sooner – apply for a trainee licence after DVSA Part 2
• Training fees can be paid back in full after 1 year (ask for details)
• Full training provided – New Training Academy

You’ll train through our new Training Academy, designed for complete beginners. Training combines online learning, live classroom support and structured in‑car coaching. We guide you through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 and provide lesson plans, resources and ongoing support to help you qualify with confidence.
