Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to work in welcoming early years settings across Thatcham.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who truly enjoys supporting young children during their crucial early development stages and is looking for flexible, rewarding work through a trusted education agency.
The Role:
Supporting children aged 0–5 in line with the EYFS framework
Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
Planning and delivering engaging activities that promote learning and development
Observing, assessing, and recording children’s progress
Working collaboratively with staff, parents, and carers
Requirements:
A Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent)
Sound knowledge of the EYFS
A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through Teaching Personnel)
