• Set clear boundaries, be patient and proactive.
• Work flexibly to provide a consistent approach to supporting young people to engage and progress within their individual aims and objectives.
• Collaborate with a team that cares for you as much as you care for the young people that attend our Alternative Provision.

• Committed to child protection and promoting the welfare of young people.
• Passion and commitment to the mission statement supporting the potential to achieve.
• Exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974; must apply for an enhanced DBS certificate.
• Must not be on the children’s barred list held by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). It is a criminal offence to apply if you are included.
• Shortlisted candidates will be asked to provide details of all unspent convictions and those that would not be filtered, prior to the interview. Further information about criminal history may be requested during the recruitment process.
