Provide guidance and support to the non-maintained sector to ensure that the quality of teaching and learning and care is of the highest standard. The post holder is required to be an excellent qualified teacher with good experience and understanding of the non-maintained Early Years sector. The post holder is expected to have excellent ICT skills, the ability to produce evaluative reports, and to be a committed team member.
