We value care, curiosity and a genuine love for early years, and we are looking for a qualified Early Years Teacher to join our team for a fixed‑term contract covering maternity leave.

- Deliver high‑quality teaching and learning experiences that inspire, engage and support children’s development across all areas of the EYFS.
- Work closely with the nursery team to create a positive, collaborative environment for children to thrive.
- Build strong, trusting partnerships with families to support each child’s learning and wellbeing.
- At least Level 6 Early Years qualification; UK EYTS essential.
- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and experience of working with children and families.
- Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
- Beneficial to have had Phonics training.

SafeguardingKids Planet is dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the well‑being of children and young people. An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role. All staff and volunteers are required to uphold this commitment, and safeguarding training is a fundamental part of every role. All colleagues must complete regular training to ensure they understand and fulfil their responsibilities. A Disclosure and Barring Service certificate is mandatory for all positions, and this role will be subject to enhanced checks as part of our safeguarding duties.
