Role Overview

* Deliver pre-set lessons in the teacher’s absence

* Maintain high standards of behaviour and engagement

* Use initiative to manage the classroom and support pupils

* Provide a calm, positive presence to keep learning on track

What We’re Looking For

* Experience working with children or young people

* Strong behaviour management and communication skills

* Confidence leading a classroom and adapting to different subjects

* Reliable, professional, and committed to pupil progress
