Qualified Secondary Teachers – Agency Work Across RCT

Daily Rate: £172.98

Teaching Personnel is looking for passionate, flexible and committed Qualified Teachers to join our secondary school workforce across Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT). If you’re looking for agency work that offers variety, consistency and the chance to make a real impact, this could be the perfect fit.

About the Role

We are recruiting teachers who can work across a range of RCT secondary schools, providing high‑quality teaching, classroom management and subject delivery. Roles include:

General cover across KS3 & KS4
Subject‑specific cover (where applicable)
Long‑term placements and day‑to‑day supply
Opportunities to build experience in multiple school settings

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Must be able to drive and travel to a variety of secondary schools across RCT
Strong classroom management skills
A positive, adaptable and professional approach
Confidence teaching across KS3 and KS4
Reliability and excellent communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
