Position: Home Tutor (Contract, Temporary, Part Time)

We’re looking for empathetic, resilient teachers who want a fresh, flexible approach to education. This role involves delivering personalised 1:1 learning to pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) and significant barriers to engagement.

The Role

* Provide tailored teaching in pupils’ homes or alternative provisions

* Up to 6 hours per day (part‑time options available)

* Work with a range of learners, adapting your style to their needs, interests and capabilities

* Build trust, encourage engagement and support emotional as well as academic progress

What You’ll Bring

* Teaching qualification or strong tutoring experience

* High levels of empathy, patience and adaptability

* Confidence working independently and travelling to sessions

* A passion for helping pupils who need a different route back into learning

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
