Cover Supervisor

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Manage classrooms during teacher absences
• Deliver pre-set work and ensure lesson objectives are met
• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
• Record attendance and report any concerns

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• Minimum 6 months experience working with children in an educational setting
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Confidence in leading a class independently
• A working knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
• A flexible and adaptable approach to covering various subjects
• Availability during standard school hours (8:30 AM - 3:30 PM)

• Weekly PAYE pay (no admin fees or umbrella deductions)
• Personal support from a dedicated Secondary Consultant
• Flexibility to choose your working days
• Experience across a variety of schools and classroom settings
