We are currently seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school setting in Heywood.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and reliable TA who is passionate about supporting children's learning and development.

Pay: £103.95 - £110 per day (depending on experience)

Start Date:

Immediate / ASAP

Contract:

Full-time / Long-term (flexible depending on school needs)

Key Responsibilities

Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups

Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management

Supporting children with additional learning needs

Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement

Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

Requirements

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is essential

Experience working with primary or secondary-aged pupils

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A patient, caring, and proactive attitude

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
